- Conversations & leads — when a visitor talks or chats with an AI assistant on your site or phone line, we process the conversation, the contact details they share, and the page or source they came from, so the assistant can answer, capture the lead, and book appointments.
- Calendar & booking data — if you connect a calendar, we access availability and create events to schedule appointments.

- Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser and device information, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and comparable technologies.
Information from third parties
- Integrated platforms you connect (such as your CRM, social, or calendar accounts) and analytics or advertising partners.

We do not use the private contents of your customers' conversations to train third-party public AI models.

- Service providers — vendors that help us run the Services, including CRM/communications infrastructure (LeadConnector/GoHighLevel), payment processing, AI model providers, calendar and email providers, hosting, and analytics — bound to use the data only to provide their services to us.

- Legal & safety — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
